Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Royal Batak mobile application ("the App", "Service"), developed and operated by Ismail Ozturk ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Royal Batak, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Royal Batak is a multiplayer online card game based on the traditional Turkish card game "Batak." The App offers multiple game modes including Ihaleli (Auction), Gommeli (Buried), and Esli (Partners), where real players compete against each other in real time.

2. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use Royal Batak, you must create an account through one of the following methods:

• Social sign-in: Using your existing Apple or Google account
• Guest access: Using a device-based identifier that does not require personal information

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the App. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the devices through which you access the App. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages, circumvent bans, or manipulate game systems is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.

Account Linking

Guest accounts may be linked to a social sign-in provider (Apple or Google) to enable cross-device access and account recovery. Once linked, the association between your social account and your Royal Batak account cannot be transferred to a different Royal Batak account.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Royal Batak, you agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• Treat other players with respect and maintain a positive gaming environment
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, our servers, or any systems connected to the App
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its servers
• Report any bugs, vulnerabilities, or exploits you discover rather than exploiting them
• Ensure that any information you provide to us is accurate and up to date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Royal Batak:

Cheating and Exploitation

• Using any third-party software, scripts, bots, or automation tools to play the game or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for personal gain
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App or its server communications
• Using modified or unauthorized versions of the App
• Colluding with other players to manipulate match outcomes

Abusive Behavior

• Harassing, threatening, bullying, or intimidating other players
• Using offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language in any in-game communication
• Impersonating other players, moderators, or the developer
• Intentionally disrupting gameplay by deliberately disconnecting, stalling, or throwing matches

Commercial Exploitation

• Selling, trading, or transferring your account, virtual items, or in-game currency to other users for real-world money or value
• Advertising or promoting third-party products or services within the App
• Attempting to purchase or sell chips outside of the official in-app purchase system

5. Virtual Items and Purchases

Virtual Currency

Royal Batak features a virtual currency system ("chips") that is used within the game for gameplay purposes. Chips can be obtained through:

• In-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Account creation bonuses and daily rewards
• Winning matches and completing in-game challenges
• Leveling up and achieving milestones

No Real-World Value

Virtual chips and all other virtual items in Royal Batak have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred, or redeemed for real currency, goods, or services. Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold, and remain the property of Royal Batak at all times.

In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store (on iOS) or the Google Play Store (on Android). By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms and conditions of the respective platform:

• Google: Google Play Terms of Service

Chip purchases (consumable products) are final and non-refundable once the chips have been delivered to your account, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law or by the refund policies of Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Play Store → Account → Order history) as applicable. We do not process refunds directly.

We reserve the right to manage, modify, or eliminate virtual items and currencies at any time, with or without notice. We may adjust pricing, bonus amounts, or the availability of virtual items to maintain game balance and economy.

Loss of Virtual Items

We are not liable for any loss of virtual items or currency resulting from account termination (due to violation of these Terms), unauthorized access to your account, technical issues beyond our reasonable control, or changes to the game economy.

6. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Royal Batak offers optional Premium memberships as auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscribing is not required to play the App; Premium unlocks additional benefits such as an ad-free experience, a verified profile badge, bonus daily rewards, and cosmetic perks.

Subscription Offerings

• Royal Batak Premium — Monthly: auto-renews every 1 month until cancelled.
• Royal Batak Premium — Yearly: auto-renews every 12 months until cancelled.

The current price for each subscription tier is shown in the App's Premium purchase screen before you confirm the purchase. Prices are set by us per territory and may vary based on your region's currency and applicable taxes.

Billing and Auto-Renewal (iOS — Apple App Store)

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current subscription price.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Billing and Auto-Renewal (Android — Google Play)

• Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews at the end of each subscription period at the then-current price until cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the Google Play Store: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain Premium benefits until that period ends.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law or by the refund policies of Apple or Google. Because all subscription billing is handled by the platforms, all refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google:

• Google: Play Store → Account → Order history → Report a problem

We have no control over these platform-level refund decisions and do not process refunds directly. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction (such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union or the 15-day right of withdrawal under Turkish Law No. 6502).

Changes to Subscription Pricing

We may change subscription pricing at our discretion. For active subscribers, any price change will take effect at the next renewal, and you will be notified in advance through the App Store or Google Play in accordance with their policies. If you do not agree to a new price, you may cancel the subscription before the renewal date.

Standard EULA

Your use of the App and any in-app purchases (including subscriptions) is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) on iOS, and by the Google Play Terms of Service on Android, where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the Royal Batak application, including but not limited to the software code, game design, visual artwork, card designs, logos, icons, sound effects, music, animations, user interface elements, and text, is the intellectual property of Royal Batak and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App or its content.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the App or any of its content without our prior written consent.

8. Account Termination

Termination by You

You may stop using Royal Batak at any time. You may also request permanent deletion of your account and associated data by following the instructions on our Data Deletion page or by contacting us at [email protected].

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use policy
• Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized third-party tools
• Engaging in abusive or harassing behavior toward other players
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Attempting to exploit, sell, or trade virtual items for real-world value
• Any activity that we determine is harmful to the game community or our services

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked. You will lose access to your account and all associated data, including virtual items, chips, game progress, statistics, and friend connections. We are under no obligation to compensate you for any virtual items or currency lost as a result of account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Royal Batak, its developer, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of virtual items, currency, game progress, or account data
• Inability to access the App due to server outages, maintenance, or technical issues
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Any actions or conduct of other users within the App
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service

Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to the use of the App shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us for in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD $50), whichever is greater.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that defects will be corrected or that the App will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

You use the App at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data that may result from the use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the App or via email (if you have provided one).

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the App after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
